What happens after I pay?

Your order shows up right away in your account, under “My orders”. Click “Edit” on it to open the editor and start customizing. We also send you a confirmation email.

How do I publish my wedding website?

In the editor, choose your link name and click “Publish now”. Until you publish, only you can see the site (as a preview while you're logged in); once published, anyone with the link can visit it.

Can I keep editing after it's published?

Accepted Answer

Yes. While your site is active you can open the editor and save changes whenever you like.

Question 4

Where can I see my guests' RSVP responses?

Accepted Answer

In your account, under “RSVP responses”. You can filter by attending or not, search by name, read each full response and download everything as a CSV file.

I need something that isn't in the editor

I can't log in or I didn't get an email

Check your spam folder first. If you can't log in, use “Forgot your password?” on the login page to get a reset link. If it still doesn't work, write to us and we'll help.
