Purpose of the website
WeWed sells digital wedding invitations and wedding websites that customers personalise themselves with an online editor, and hosts them so that their guests can view them and confirm their attendance. Purchases are governed by the conditions accepted at the time of purchase.
Use of the website
Anyone browsing this website becomes a user and agrees to use it lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with this legal notice. It must not be used to carry out unlawful activities, to damage the website or other people's systems, or to introduce viruses or any other harmful code.
Intellectual and industrial property
The website's design, source code, logos, texts, illustrations, the designs of the invitations and wedding websites, and the rest of its elements belong to Iñaki Vázquez Romera or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating or transforming them, in whole or in part, without the owner's written permission is prohibited, except for the use needed to browse the website and to use the services purchased.
Content published by customers
Customers publish their own texts and photos on their wedding websites and invitations and are solely responsible for them. They must hold the rights to that content and the consent of the people who appear in it, and must not publish anything unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.
WeWed acts as a hosting service provider (article 16 LSSI) and does not review this content before it is published. Content hosted on WeWed that is considered unlawful or that infringes the rights of others can be reported to hello@wewed.live, stating the address where it appears and the reason. Once WeWed has actual knowledge of its unlawfulness, it will remove the content or block access to it promptly.
Liability
WeWed strives to keep the website available and its information accurate, but cannot guarantee that it will be free from interruptions or errors. Except where the law provides otherwise, WeWed is not liable for damage caused by interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures or causes beyond its control, nor for misuse of the website by its users.

This website and customers' wedding websites may contain links to third-party websites (for example, hotels or gift lists). WeWed has no control over them and is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts that are competent under the law; where the user is a consumer, these are the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
